Stage-ed provides inspirational and interactive theatre workshops in schools, these workshops have been created by educational specialists to develop learning and thinking skills. The company was founded by Stephen Palfreman and Michael Southern who between them have over twenty years of experience in the West End.
The aim is to give all participants a detailed exploration of the themes and issues involved in a particular show. Sessions are designed to be fully interactive and encouraging, giving students a chance to stand out and perform!
When it comes to theatre there is no right or wrong answer! Inspiring students to have input and think outside the box is what Stage-ed does best. The safe and supportive learning environment provided can have dramatic effects on student’s confidence and self-assurance.
Everything about Stage-ed is entirely bespoke, we at Maxweb were asked to design complete branding for them along with a website and logo. We all love surprise’s in the theatre whether it’s visual or narrative, we wanted to reflect this throughout the design.
We have created a promotional, CMS website which can be easily managed and updated. The 3D logo design connotes theatre and stage presence, this was an important factor as Stage-ed specified they wanted the logo to entice visitors.
“We believe that developing drama skills will encourage self-confidence and self-awareness.”
