Pali (Property and Land Information) is a multi-award-winning, national Conveyancing Search Provider.

Pali had a pre-existing online system that allowed users to request conveyancing reports from Pali. The brief was to develop a mobile app with the same website functionality and use the same data source.

Solution

The challenging part of creating this app was connecting to the existing system and utilising the same database. To achieve this we developed an API to sit between the app and the online system to request and update data. Once the API was functional, the app had the gateway to the data in order to create reports.

The mobile app has user logins, report selection and profile management. The app needed to be available on Android and iOS devices.

The app launched in March 2016 and has had several updates since then. The process has been refined and more functionality has been added to the app to match the website version.
